As the HeadSpace crew points out, when organising exhibitions it likes to 'group artists based on the style of their work'. In light of that, the title Trivial Pursuits is somewhat ambiguous here; you might reasonably expect a show dealing with the minutiae of daily life.

However, looking at the roster of talent included in this group effort, what you're more likely to get is a series of meditations on abstract conceptual ephemera. Claire Weetman's mixed-media work, for example, tends to investigate space and movement, and Amanda Roberts explores memory and nostalgia through her gloriously childlike and colourful scrawls. Either way, with eight artists on show, you're likely to see something that strikes a trivial chord.
